50 grams of rice, 20 grams of lotus seeds (soaked in water), 30 grams of cooked pig liver (chopped into small pieces), 10 jujubes. Add appropriate amount of water and simmer into porridge, taken twice daily in the morning and evening. This helps prevent anemia.

10 jujubes, 20 grams of longan, 40 grams of coix seed. Boil with appropriate water into porridge, consumed twice daily in the morning and evening. Jujube, longan, and coix seed are all tonics for strengthening the spleen and stomach, nourishing the body. Regular consumption enhances physical strength and boosts the body’s anti-cancer immunity. Beneficial as an auxiliary therapy for tumor patients suffering from anemia, weakness, low hemoglobin, reduced white blood cells, and low platelets due to radiotherapy or chemotherapy.
3. Pork Trotter, Soybean, and White Fungus Soup:
1 fresh pork trotter, 25 grams of soybeans, 10 grams of dried white fungus, 10 grams of salt, and adequate water. First boil the pork trotter and soybeans until tender, then add white fungus and gently simmer for 5–10 minutes over low heat. Consume the soup along with the ingredients. This dish not only increases nutrition but also improves tolerance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy in cancer patients.
