Three Methods for Treating Constipation
Select mature, fresh, large potatoes, wash with cold water, then crush using clean utensils. Extract juice through clean gauze and consume. Usage: Half a teacup before breakfast and lunch daily, yielding good therapeutic effects.
Wash orange peel, cut into fine threads, add sugar and honey appropriately, boil, cool, take 1 tablespoon each time, three times daily. Effective for constipation. Regular consumption of honey water also helps relieve constipation.
After waking up and completing morning hygiene, drink one cup of salt water on an empty stomach (temperature adjustable, preferably warm). This has a cleansing effect on the gastrointestinal tract, especially effective for habitual constipation.<constipation>
