Dietary Therapy Formula for Esophageal Cancer

(1) Goji Chicken: Goji berries 30 g, black-boned chicken 100 g, seasonings as needed. Cook goji chicken with seasonings until tender, then blend into paste or mix with starch or rice gruel to make thin porridge, boil once more. Consume multiple times daily. (4) Perilla Vinegar Powder: Perilla 30 g, vinegar as needed. Grind perilla into fine powder, add 1500 ml water, boil, filter juice. Add equal amount of vinegar, boil dry. Take 3 times daily, 1.5 g each time. Clears throat, widens chest. Suitable for esophageal cancer with dysphagia.
(5) Egg Chrysanthemum Soup: 1 egg, 5 g chrysanthemum, appropriate amount of lotus root juice, a little old vinegar. (6) Donkey-hide Gelatin Braised Meat: Donkey-hide gelatin 6 g, lean pork 100 g, seasonings as needed. First stew pork with water until cooked, then add gelatin to melt, add seasonings.
