1. Topical application of "Differin" cream, once daily, available at major pharmacies and hospitals.
2. Topical application of compound chloramphenicol tincture, can be prepared by doctor: 100ml 75% alcohol + 2g chloramphenicol + 0.6g erythromycin + 6 vials compound danshen injection + 10 tablets metronidazole, mix well, apply topically 3–5 times daily.
3. Oral administration of minocycline or clarithromycin, twice daily, 0.1g each time.
