Milk and Walnut Drink
Milk and Walnut Drink: 200g milk, 200g soy milk, 200g black sesame seeds, 300g walnuts. Place walnuts and sesame seeds in a small mill; mix milk and soy milk, slowly pour into the mill while grinding. After grinding, transfer to a pot and boil, then add a little sugar for flavoring. Optionally, beat raw egg into the mixture while boiling, stirring continuously. Take once daily, one small bowl each time. Can be consumed regularly.<Walnut Drink>
