Oral Formula for Chronic Scrotal Eczema
Chai Hu 10g, Bai Shao 12g, Dang Gui 12g, Bai Wei 6g, Yi Yi Ren 15g, Lian Xu 12g, Bai Xian Pi 15g, Wu Zhi Gu 15g, Gan Cao 10g. One dose daily, decocted twice and taken orally. The third decoction is used for fumigation and washing of affected area, 10–15 minutes per session. One course lasts 7 days.
Indication: Chronic scrotal eczema presenting with papules, vesicles, severe pruritus, foul odor, ulceration with exudation, accompanied by bitter mouth, dry throat, alternating chills and fever, irritability, constipation, yellow urine, etc.
