Remedy for Chronic Gastritis, Cold Stomach, and Gastric Ptosis
Use half pound (approx. 250 grams) of pig’s stomach, wash thoroughly and slice. Add half liang (approx. 25 grams) of white pepper and half liang (approx. 25 grams) of old ginger, along with a little oil and salt. Cook until soft and eat in one meal (do not consume pepper or ginger). Take twice daily before meals, continuously for one week. Can effectively treat long-standing gastric conditions. Avoid alcohol, spicy food, and cold food.
