Rhinitis
(Encompassing allergic, atrophic, and sinusitis types) First, take 3–5 cloves of garlic, peel them, and soak in a bottle of aged vinegar (preferably Zhenjiang aged vinegar). After two days, take a new red brick, heat it on fire until hot, then remove it. Pour two tablespoons of vinegar onto the hot brick—this will produce a strong stream of hot vapor. Have the patient inhale this steam through the nose, twice daily for seven consecutive days. This method clears heat, reduces inflammation, detoxifies, and opens nasal passages, proving highly effective for all types of rhinitis.
