250g river clam meat, 500g winter melon, seasonings as needed. Soak clam meat briefly in a little ginger juice. Peel and seed winter melon, cut into slices. Extract winter melon seeds (seeds), boil for 20 minutes, remove seeds and keep the broth. Add winter melon slices and cook for 5–10 minutes. Add clam meat and stir-fry with yellow wine, bring to boil again for 3 minutes. Season with soy sauce, salt, monosodium glutamate, green onions, drizzle with sesame oil, serve as a meal.
