【Formula Name】Modified Jiao'ai Four-Ingredient Decoction.
【Composition】Astragalus 15g, Raw Astragalus 24g, Dry Rehmannia 12g, Eucommia 12g, Stir-fried Angelica 9g, White Peony 9g, Donkey-hide gelatin 9g, Charred mugwort 9g, Stir-fried Atractylodes 9g, Poria 9g, Stir-fried Ligusticum 4.5g, Fried Licorice 3g.
【Usage】Decoct in water and take orally, one dose daily, twice daily.

Chinese Herbal Prescription (II)
【Differential Diagnosis】Deficiency of yang, unable to control blood, yin blood cannot be retained internally.
【Treatment Principle】Warm yang, tonify qi, nourish yin, replenish blood, consolidate and stop bleeding.
【Formula Name】Modified Huangtu Tang.
【Composition】Rehmannia glutinosa 60g, Gentiana 30g, Deer horn glue 30g, Angelica 12g, Burnt loess 12g, Astragalus 18g, Atractylodes 9g, Prepared Aconite 9g, Licorice 9g, Scutellaria 9g, Donkey-hide gelatin 10g.
【Usage】Decoct in water and take orally, one dose daily, three times daily.

【Differential Diagnosis】Weakness of spleen and kidney, liver depression with qi stagnation, kidney qi deficiency.
【Treatment Principle】Nourish blood, soothe liver, solidify kidney, stabilize fetus.
【Formula Name】Blood-Nourishing and Liver-Soothing Decoction.
【Composition】Whole Angelica 6–9g, Rehmannia glutinosa 9–15g, White Peony (wine stir-fried) 3g, Fried Licorice 3g, Atractylodes 4.5g, Donkey-hide gelatin (powdered with shell powder) 4.5g, Eucommia (salt-water stir-fried) 4.5g, Lycium fruit 6g, Stir-fried Yam 6g.
【Usage】Decoct in water and take orally, one dose daily, with jujube as guide.
