Abdominal pain during pregnancy refers to lower abdominal pain occurring due to blocked or deficient nourishment of the uterine vessels, resulting in poor circulation of qi and blood. The main causes of this condition are blood deficiency, qi stagnation, and cold deficiency.
[Formula One]
Yellow wine 500 ml, egg yolks 14. Combine both ingredients in an aluminum pot, simmer over low heat until thick and sticky. Cool and store in a jar for later use.

Cardamom seeds 2, greater ginger 9–15 grams, ginger juice 30–50 ml, lamb 100–120 grams, flour 120–150 grams, cow’s milk and fresh lotus root as needed. Roast cardamom, crush into powder, cut greater ginger into powder, finely slice lamb and stir-fry until charred. Mix these three with flour, ginger juice, and cow’s milk into a paste, fill into lotus root sections, pack tightly, steam in a steamer (or basket) until cooked. Consume a small amount after meals or before bedtime.
