【Formula Name】Postpartum Hemorrhage Formula One.
【Composition】Dang Gui 16 g, stir-fried Bai Shao 13 g, Sheng Mu Li 16 g, Sheng Long Gu 16 g, Zhen E Jiao (dissolved before use) 10 g, Di Gu Pi 10 g, Fen Dan Pi 10 g, stir-fried Ju Hua 10 g, Sheng Gan Cao 4 g, Sheng Huang Qi 20 g, Da Shu Di 13 g, Xi Yang Shen (decoct separately) 5 g, Jie Sui Tan 8 g.?
【Usage】Decoct with water, warm, divide into portions and take.
【Treatment Method】Nourish blood, clear heat, stop bleeding, consolidate essence.
【Indications】Postpartum hemorrhage. Symptoms include dizziness, inability to move, pale complexion, irritability, hot flushes. In severe cases, vital energy may collapse with blood loss, tongue dark red, thin coating, pulse deep, fine, and rapid.
【Additions/Modifications】For waist and abdominal pain, add Jiao Du Zhong 16 g, Yan Hu 10 g. For tinnitus, add Fe Zhi Mu 10 g. For severe palpitations and irritability, add Lian Zi Xin 6 g, Qing Hao 8 g. For dry mouth and tongue, add Sheng Yu Zhu 16 g, Tian Hua Fen 13 g. For constipation, increase Da Yun Pian 16 g.
