Twelve Postpartum Disease Formulas
Dried hawthorn cake 300g, starch and refined white flour each 50g, sugar 150g, honey 30g, vegetable oil 500g (actual consumption 50g). Mix starch and flour with water to form a paste, cut dried hawthorn cake into finger-thick strips, mix thoroughly with the paste, then fry each piece separately in vegetable oil heated to six or seven parts hot (avoid sticking), fry until golden yellow, remove. In another pan, add a small amount of water, sugar and honey, simmer over low heat until water evaporates and mixture forms a block, then add hawthorn strips, stir-fry evenly, cool and store in bottle, take 2–3 times daily.
