Dry deer penile 1 piece, canned mushrooms 90g, pork with skin 1000g, dried shrimp 30g, young hen 500g, dried scallops 30g, monosodium glutamate, cooking wine, ground pepper, chicken oil, green onions, ginger, refined salt, and chicken broth as needed. Soak the deer penile in warm water until soft, split longitudinally with a knife, remove the urethral tip, scald the outer skin with boiling water, then boil in water for about 1 hour, rinse with cold water, place in a pot with clear chicken broth, dried scallops, dried shrimp, clean young hen, washed pork, green onions, and ginger, and stew until tender. Remove the stewed deer penile, slice diagonally. In another pot, add chicken broth, mushrooms (cut into quarters if large, halves if small), cooking wine, ground pepper, salt, and deer penile slices, cook together, finally add monosodium glutamate and drizzle with chicken oil.
