30 g codonopsis, 10 g atractylodes, 15 g yam, 15 g carbonized eucommia, 15 g carbonized palm fiber, 15 g madder root, 15 g carbonized cypress, 12 g salvia, 30 g half branch lotus, 30 g oyster shell, 6 g licorice. Decoct and take one dose daily.
