【Function and Indications】

【Prescription Composition】
Red Vine 30g, Hedyotis diffusa 20g, Wild Chrysanthemum 20g, Danshen 15g, Red Peony Root 15g, Coix Seed 15g, Smilax glabra 15g, Moutan Bark 10g, Gardenia jasminoides 10g, Licorice root 10g, decoct and take orally. Residue stir-fried gently over low heat, mixed with 30g vinegar, warm compress applied to lower abdomen.
【Differentiation and Modification】
For bitter taste, rib pain, yellow-red leukorrhea, add Gentiana scabra 6g; for severe lower abdominal pain, add Aquilaria agallocha 10g, processed Myrrha 10g; for heavy dampness, remove Moutan Bark and Red Peony Root, add Atractylodes lancea 12g, Atractylodes macrocephala 12g; for blood stasis and mass formation, remove Phellodendron amurense, Coix Seed, Smilax glabra, add Persica seed 10g, Carthamus flower 10g, Rhizoma Curcumae 10g; for constipation, add Raw Rheum palmatum 10g; for high fever, add Honeysuckle 20g, Forsythia suspensa 15g; for severe heat toxicity leading to toxic shock, use Modified Shenfu Longmu Tang.
