[Ingredients] Winter worm fungus 10g, Live softshell turtle 1, Red dates 20g, Cooking wine, Salt, Green onion, Ginger, Garlic, Chicken clear broth as needed.
[Preparation] (1) Slaughter the turtle, remove internal organs, wash clean, cut into 4 large pieces, boil briefly in pot, then remove limbs, peel off leg fat, and wash again. (2) Wash winter worm fungus; soak red dates in boiling water.
