🔑 Keywords: Andrology · Aphrodisiac Type
Fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine is not only effective for gynecological conditions but also shows significant results in treating male disorders.
1. Scrotal Eczema: 20 grams each of Artemisia capillaris and scrophularia root, 30 grams each of sophora root and purple vetchling, 10 grams each of Phellodendron amurense, swine fungus, poria, coix seed, angelica root, and alum, 25 grams of dictamnus bark, 15 grams of Liu Yi San. Grind into powder, pack into 60-gram sachets for storage. Place the powder in a gauze bag, tie tightly, soak in boiling water for 10 minutes (covered to retain heat), cool to a suitable temperature, then fumigate and wash the affected area. Once daily, 20 minutes per session; typically stops itching after 2–3 sessions.
2. Scrotal Hematoma: 15 grams each of safflower, honeysuckle, rhubarb, and coptis, 30 grams of prunella. Place herbs in a gauze bag, put in basin, add 4000 ml water, simmer gently for 20–30 minutes. Remove the bag, fumigate the area while hot, then immerse the perineum and scrotum in the liquid when temperature is suitable. Perform 2–3 times daily, 30 minutes per session; one course lasts 5 days.

Perform 4–6 times daily, one dose lasts 3 days.
