【Function and Indications】
Function: Tonify kidney deficiency, nourish essence. Indicated for male infertility due to kidney deficiency, physical weakness, and impotence.
【Prescription Composition】
Fried Rehmannia 30 g, Lycium Berry 15 g, Chinese Yam 15 g, Poria 15 g, Morinda Root 15 g, Honeycomb 10 g, Cnidium Fruit 10 g, Codonopsis 15 g, Psoralea Fruit 15 g, Curculigo Rhizome 15 g, Epimedium 15 g, Cornus Fruit 15 g, decocted and taken orally.
【Differential Diagnosis and Modifications】
Add Aconite 15 g, Cinnamon Bark 3 g if kidney yang deficiency; add Anemarrhena Rhizome 15 g, Phellodendron Bark 15 g, Softshell Turtle Shell 30 g, Artemisia 10 g, Ligustrum Fruit 10 g, Honeysuckle Herb 15 g, White Violet 10 g, Lycium Root Bark 10 g (select 2–3 herbs based on patient condition) if kidney yin deficiency; add Polygonatum Rhizome 20 g, Angelica Sinensis 15 g, Astragalus 20 g, Chicken Blood Vine 30 g if qi and blood deficiency.
【Clinical Efficacy】
