(Can affect both men and women) Raw sunflower seeds (without shells) 30 grams. Boil into one bowl of soup, consume together, twice daily, for 7 consecutive days. Avoid kelp, alcohol, and liver. Alternatively, use willow gum instead of sunflower seeds.
