Herbal Prescription (I)
【Differential Diagnosis】Damp-heat scorching, bile overflow.
【Therapeutic Principle】Clear heat, resolve stagnation, strengthen spleen, harmonize liver.
【Formula Name】Hé Gān Sàn.
【Composition】Whole Trichosanthes kirilowii 60g, Rhizoma Chuanxiong 15g, Fresh Rhizoma Curcuma 15g, Shenqu 15g, Raw Glycyrrhiza 15g.
【Usage】Grind into fine powder. For 3-year-olds, 2g per dose (adjustable by age), three to four times daily, dissolved in sugared water.

【Formula Name】Yinchen Chihu Tang.
【Composition】Artemisia capillaris 20g, Red Peony Root 20g, Hawthorn 10g, Isatis indigotica 10g, Purple Root 10g, Prunella vulgaris 10g, Lysimachia christmata 12g, Polygonum cuspidatum 12g, Sedum sarmentosum 12g, Imperata cylindrica (or Corn Silk) 15g.
【Usage】Decocted and taken orally, one dose per day, three times daily.
