Nine Formulas for Vomiting
500g lean lamb, 30g garlic, 5g each of green onion and ginger, 3g each of salt and sugar, 5ml cooking wine, 3ml soy sauce, 5g fermented bean paste, 2g monosodium glutamate, 10g sesame, 2 walnuts, 10g sesame oil, 500g cooking oil (actual use 25g), and sufficient milk broth.
Wash lamb, cut into neat pieces, wash green onion, slice ginger, roast sesame, peel garlic, mash into paste. Break walnuts, boil in pot, add ginger, green onion, lamb, blanch until done, cool, then marinate with salt and cooking wine for 1 hour. Steam over high heat until tender. Cool, cut into 4cm long, 2cm wide strips. Heat cooking oil in pan, fry lamb strips until dry, remove. Leave a little oil, sauté green onion and ginger until fragrant, add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, milk broth, garlic paste. Mix fermented bean paste into sauce, pour into lamb, boil until thickened. Remove green onion and ginger, add monosodium glutamate, sprinkle sesame and sesame oil, toss evenly. Serve as meal. This formula applies to spleen-stomach deficiency-cold, reverse vomiting.<Vomiting>
