Rickets Formula 2
Fresh chicken meat 500g, green chili pepper, scallion, ham, garlic each 50g, lard 250g, soy sauce 20g. Remove skin from chicken, clean, cut into dice. Heat lard in wok; when oil temperature reaches 50°C, briefly fry chicken, remove, keep 25g oil in pan, discard remaining oil. First stir-fry garlic slices, then green chili, ham, and scallion, add chicken, pour in soy sauce, add one spoonful of meat broth, thicken with starch, add monosodium glutamate and a little sesame oil. This formula helps prevent childhood rickets.
