250g honey, 20g ginger juice, 20g fresh pear juice, 10g Fritillaria powder.
Mix all four ingredients in a porcelain bowl, stir well, then place the bowl in a pot and stew gently over low heat for 1 hour. Store for later use. Take 1 spoonful each time, dissolve in warm water, three times daily.
