Cold-Relief Aromatic Pouch
Ingredients: Schizonepeta tenuifolia 5–10g for children under 1 year old, increase appropriately for older children.
Usage: Sew clean cotton cloth into a square pouch, fill with Schizonepeta tenuifolia, seal it, hang around the child's chest for 6 hours. Repeat every 6 hours if necessary.
