Ginseng and Astragalus Steamed Mandarin Fish
Ingredients: Ginseng 10g, Atractylodes 10g, Licorice 6g, Jujube 6 pieces, Mandarin fish 500g, fermented black beans 30g, Shao wine 20g, Ginger 10g, Scallion 15g, Salt 4g, Soy sauce 20g.
Preparation: Clean mandarin fish, remove gills, internal organs, and scales; soak ginseng and Atractylodes, slice; remove jujube pits, slice licorice. Slice ginger, cut scallions into segments. Rub mandarin fish with Shao wine, soy sauce, and salt, place in steaming bowl. Add fermented black beans, ginger, scallions, ginseng, licorice, jujubes, and 200ml water. Place steaming bowl in high-heat steamer, steam for 25 minutes.
Usage: Once daily, consume 50g fish each time.
Effect: Tonifies qi and blood, relieves spasms and pain. Suitable for intercostal neuralgia with shifting pain location and cold limbs with weak pulse.<Neuralgia>
