Danshen and Safflower Steamed Eggplant Recipe: Danshen 10g, safflower 6g, eggplant 500g, ginger 10g, salt 4g, scallion 15g, sesame oil 4g, soy sauce 20g. Preparation: Wash Danshen and safflower, slice Danshen; wash eggplant, remove stem, halve lengthwise; chop scallion, mince ginger. Steam eggplant over high heat for 85 minutes, remove from steamer. Mix ginger, scallion, salt, soy sauce, sesame oil with eggplant. Usage: Once daily, consume 80g eggplant each time.
