Tianqi, Danshen, Foshou Stewed Cuttlefish Recipe: Tianqi 10g, Danshen 6g, Foshou 6g, fresh cuttlefish 400g, cooking wine 20g, salt 4g, ginger 10g, scallion 15g. Preparation: Dry Tianqi, grind into fine powder; soak Danshen and Foshou, slice; clean cuttlefish, remove black membrane, cut into 4cm squares; smash ginger, cut scallion into segments. Place cuttlefish, Foshou, Danshen, Tianqi powder in stew pot, add cooking wine, ginger, scallion, salt, pour in 800ml water. Stew over high heat for 35 minutes. Usage: Once daily, consume 50g cuttlefish, eat with meals. Effect: Nourishes yin, replenishes blood, unblocks meridians, relieves pain.
