【Diagnosis】Congenital insufficiency, spleen and kidney deficiency.
【Treatment Principle】Tonify spleen and kidney.
【Formula Name】Jie Lu Yin (Decoction for Open Fontanelle).
【Composition】Codonopsis 9g, Atractylodes 9g, Licorice 3g, Citrus Peel 5g, Polygonatum 9g, Fo-Ti 15g, Tortoise Shell 15g, Fresh Rehmannia 9g (or use Charred Rehmannia 9g).
【Usage】Boil tortoise shell first for 1 hour, then add remaining herbs, simmer until three boils, filter out residue, mix and slightly concentrate. Divide into 6 doses, take 3 times daily.

【Treatment Principle】Nourish kidney and liver, regulate and supplement spleen and stomach.
【Formula Name】Shen Ling Di Huang Tang.
【Composition】Codonopsis 9-12g, Prepared Rehmannia 9-12g, Poria 6g, Yam 9g, Stir-fried Atractylodes 9g, Raspberry 12g, Solomon's Seal 9g, Old Man's Mustache 6g, Dog Spine 12g, Licorice 3g, Red dates 5 pieces.
【Usage】Decoct in water, take one dose daily, divided into three doses.
