Honghua Mixed with Three Vegetables
Formula: Honghua 6g, cucumber 250g, asparagus 100g, lettuce 100g, ginger 10g, scallion 15g, soy sauce 20g, vinegar 10g, salt 4g, sesame oil 4g, sugar 6g.
Preparation: Wash honghua, place in bowl, add a little water, steam for 10 minutes in pot. Peel and wash cucumber, slice; wash asparagus, blanch in boiling water, cut into thin strips; peel and slice lettuce, squeeze out juice; slice ginger and scallion. Mix cucumber, asparagus, lettuce, honghua (with juice), ginger, scallion, soy sauce, vinegar, salt, sugar in a bowl, stir well, add sesame oil to finish.
Consumption: Once daily, serve as part of meals.
Effect: Activates blood circulation, cools blood, removes stasis, promotes meridian flow; used for intercostal neuralgia due to qi stagnation and blood stasis<nerve pain>
