6g of Dendrocalamus membranaceus, 1.5g of Luzula chinensis, and 100ml of human milk (or cow's milk). First decoct Dendrocalamus membranaceus and Luzula chinensis, extract 10ml of juice, mix with milk and stir evenly. Take several times daily, in any amount.
