Yangxin Anshen Bai Cui Dan
Efficacy: Nourish the heart and calm the spirit
Indication: Palpitations, insomnia due to heart qi deficiency and blood insufficiency.
Formula: 1.5 grams of aged white vinegar, 1 egg
Preparation:
1. Crack the egg into a bowl, add white vinegar.
2. Place the bowl with the egg and vinegar in a steamer or rice cooker and steam until fully cooked.
3. Eat warm, optionally adding a small amount of honey for flavor. Consume one bowl of steamed egg every morning, continuously for several days.
Contraindication: Avoid use in cases of diarrhea or loose stools.
