Health and Food: Walnut
Walnut, also known as Huhe or Qiangtao, is one of the world's four major dried fruits. Grind finely, mix with refined honey, and form into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Chew one pill on an empty stomach each time, taking it with ginseng tea; take another before bedtime.
2. For postpartum shortness of breath: Equal parts walnut kernels and ginseng. Chop finely, take 15 grams each time, add appropriate water, boil, and sip frequently.
3. For tinnitus and spermatorrhea due to kidney deficiency: 3 walnut kernels, 7 schisandra berries, and appropriate honey. Chew before sleep.
4. For dermatitis and eczema: Appropriate amount of walnut kernels, crush and stir-fry until completely blackened and oiled, then grind into a paste using a mortar. Cool before use. This preparation has astringent, anti-inflammatory, inhibitory effects on exudation, and soothing relief for itching, with no local irritation, serving as an alternative to wet dressing therapy.
