Chinese Herbal Prescription (I)
[Syndrome Differentiation] Deficiency of spleen and stomach qi, middle qi sinking.
[Treatment Principle] Tonifying middle energizer, strengthening qi, stopping diarrhea.
[Formula Name] Qi-Tonifying Decoction.
[Composition] 12 grams of黄芪 (Huang Qi), 12 grams of薏苡仁 (Yi Yi Ren), 10 grams of党参 (Dang Shen), 10 grams of茯苓 (Fu Ling), 10 grams of血余炭 (Xue Yu Tan), 10 grams of赤石脂 (Chi Shi Zhi), 10 grams of白芍 (Bai Shao), 6 grams of白术炭 (Bai Zhu Tan), 6 grams of陈皮炭 (Chen Pi Tan), 6 grams of柴胡 (Chai Hu), 6 grams of厚朴 (Hou Po), 6 grams of黄连 (Huang Lian).
[Usage] Boil in water, take one dose daily, twice daily.

[Syndrome Differentiation] Impaired spleen function, damp-heat stagnation in intestines, liver and spleen qi stagnation.

[Composition] 9 grams of党参 (Dang Shen), 9 grams of白术 (Bai Zhu), 3 grams of炮姜 (Pao Jiang), 6 grams of炙甘草 (Zhi Gan Cao), 9 grams of茯苓 (Fu Ling), 9 grams of防风 (Fang Feng), 9 grams of焦神曲 (Jiao Shen Qu), 9 grams of焦山楂 (Jiao Shan Zha), 6 grams of陈皮 (Chen Pi), 12 grams of白芍 (Bai Shao), 12 grams of秦皮 (Qin Pi).
[Usage] Boil in water, take one dose daily, twice daily.

[Composition] 9 grams of附子 (Fu Zi), 9 grams of黄芪 (Huang Qi), 9 grams of当归 (Dang Gui), 9 grams of桔梗 (Jie Geng), 9 grams of石榴皮 (Shiliu Pi), 9 grams of川楝子 (Chuan Lian Zi), 3 grams of肉桂 (Rou Gui), 3 grams of黄连 (Huang Lian), 6 grams of炮姜 (Pao Jiang), 6 grams of诃子 (He Zi), 30 grams of赤石脂 (Chi Shi Zhi), 1.5 grams of肉豆蔻 (Rou Dou Kou).

[Composition] 30 grams of白头翁 (Bai Tou Weng), 20 grams of秦皮 (Qin Pi), 12 grams of黄柏 (Huang Bai), 16 grams of黄连 (Huang Lian), 30 grams of白芍 (Bai Shao), 30 grams of白术 (Bai Zhu), 12 grams of苍术 (Cang Zhu), 30 grams of茯苓 (Fu Ling), 16 grams of猪苓 (Zhu Ling), 16 grams of匾蓄 (Bian Xu), 30 grams of山药 (Shan Yao), 10 grams of木香 (Mu Xiang).
