Braised Bamboo Shoots with Sea Cucumber
[Ingredients] 200g rehydrated sea cucumber, 100g fresh bamboo shoots or rehydrated bamboo shoots, 500ml lean pork broth.
[Preparation] Cut rehydrated sea cucumber into strips, slice fresh bamboo shoots. Boil pork broth, add sea cucumber and bamboo shoots, simmer gently. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, yellow wine, and stir in starch slurry to thicken until the sauce becomes clear.
