Bone-Strengthening and Waist-Strengthening Formula 1
One pair of sheep bones, 30 grams of ginger, 6 grams each of dried tangerine peel and cardamom, 100 grams of rice, 2 cloves, and appropriate salt. Crush sheep bones, boil with water, add all seasonings, simmer gently to extract broth. Use this broth to cook rice into porridge, or use without rice as a soup. Serve as a side dish.
