Prince Ginseng

Prince Ginseng is the tuber of a perennial herb, *Gypsophila paniculata*, belonging to the Caryophyllaceae family, also known as Child's Ginseng. It is an excellent mild tonic with fructose, starch, saponins, various amino acids, and vitamins. It has a strengthening effect and can enhance the body's immune function.
According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, it has a neutral nature and sweet, slightly bitter taste. It functions to tonify the lungs and spleen, invigorate Qi, and generate body fluids. It is used for symptoms such as poor appetite, fatigue, and thinness in children due to spleen Qi deficiency; dry cough and spontaneous sweating due to lung deficiency; palpitations; thirst due to insufficient body fluids; and post-illness deficiency of both Qi and Yin.
Dosage: 9–30 grams. To prevent mold, store in a dry, well-ventilated place or seal after drying.
