Astragalus Chicken Broth Porridge
[Ingredients]: 1 hen, 15 grams of Astragalus, 100 grams of rice.
[Preparation]: Remove feathers and internal organs from the hen, clean thoroughly, and simmer to extract concentrated chicken broth. Simmer 15 grams of Astragalus twice to obtain juice. Mix with appropriate chicken broth and 100 grams of rice to cook into porridge.
