Boiled Red Dates with Peanut Skins for Blood Nourishment

Ingredients: Peanut kernels, red dates
Preparation: Soak 50 grams peanut kernels in warm water for half an hour, peel off skins; soak 30 grams dried red dates in warm water until plump, wash clean.
