Folk Blood-Nourishing Method 10
Dried red dates 50 grams, peanuts 100 grams, brown sugar 50 grams. Wash and soak the dates until softened; briefly boil the peanuts and remove the skins. Place the dates and peanut skins into the water used to boil the peanuts, add sufficient cold water, simmer gently for half an hour, then remove the peanut skins and add brown sugar, dissolve, reduce the sauce, and consume as a snack.
This formula nourishes Qi and blood, suitable for blood deficiency syndrome.
