Regular consumption of kelp-mung bean soup lowers blood lipids
Ingredients: 150 grams kelp, 150 grams mung beans, 150 grams rock sugar.
Preparation: Soak and wash kelp, cut into pieces; rinse mung beans. Boil together until beans are soft. Mix with rock sugar and serve. Twice daily, can be consumed continuously.
