Ginseng Rice Wine
Ginseng 500 grams, rice 500 grams, yeast as needed. Crush ginseng into powder, partially cook rice and drain, crush yeast into fine powder, mix all ingredients evenly, pack into a jar, seal tightly, wrap with cotton or straw for insulation, allow fermentation for 10 days, then open and drink. Take 20 ml twice daily. Functions: tonifies the center, strengthens qi, treats all types of deficiency. Suitable for pale complexion, fatigue, shortness of breath, and low voice.
