Qi-tonifying Formula Seven

Water-soaked bird's nest 10 grams, water-soaked shiitake mushrooms 40 grams, chicken thigh meat 150 grams, water-soaked bamboo fungus 100 grams, ham shred 10 grams, refined salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, white pepper powder, water starch, ginger juice, lard, cooking wine, and high soup in appropriate amounts. Cut chicken, shiitake mushrooms, and bamboo fungus into strips. Blanch bamboo fungus and shiitake mushrooms, then remove and set aside.
