Common Qi Deficiency Symptoms
General Qi deficiency: General fatigue, lack of vitality, shortness of breath, reluctance to speak, weak voice, spontaneous sweating, fear of exertion, pale tongue with a plump, tender appearance, and weak pulse.
Lung Qi deficiency: Prominent symptoms include shortness of breath, lack of breath, weak speech, low voice, accompanied by cough and phlegm production.
Heart Qi deficiency: Prominent symptoms include shortness of breath, palpitations, mental dullness, along with irregular pulse (intermittent, slow, or rapid), but weak and powerless, and restlessness of spirit.
Spleen and Stomach Qi deficiency: Prominent symptoms include sallow complexion, fatigue, limb weariness, reduced appetite, often accompanied by epigastric fullness, indigestion, loose stools, and conditions such as prolapsed anus and frequent urge to urinate due to central qi deficiency.
Kidney Qi deficiency: Dull complexion, dizziness, tinnitus, soreness and weakness in waist and knees, clear and long urination, decreased sexual function, pale tongue with moist appearance, and weak pulse at the lower part of the wrist.
