Animal Liver Porridge for Anemia
Ingredients: 100–150 grams of animal liver (pork, lamb, beef, or chicken liver acceptable), 100 grams of glutinous rice, and appropriate amounts of green onion, ginger, oil, and salt. Preparation: Wash and cut the liver into small pieces, then cook with rice, green onion, ginger, oil, and salt in about 700 ml of water until porridge is thick and liver is cooked through. Usage: Consume hot once daily, twice daily (morning and evening) on an empty stomach. Efficacy: Nourishes liver, enriches blood, improves vision.
Indication: Suitable for anemia, night blindness, child eye disease, blurred vision caused by qi and blood deficiency.<anemia>
