Winter Melon Seed 500g, White Wine 1000ml. Place winter melon seeds in a double-layered gauze bag, tie tightly, immerse in boiling water for 5–10 minutes, then dry in sun. Repeat this soaking and drying process three times. Then soak the treated seeds in white wine for two days, remove, dry again, grind into fine powder, and store in a bottle.
