DIY Autumn Skincare Masks

Autumn has arrived unnoticed. Your skin now needs extra care. Try these homemade natural masks below:
Milk and Honey Mask: Mix one teaspoon of non-fat milk powder, one teaspoon of honey, and one egg white. Blend well and apply to the face for 10–15 minutes. Long-term use keeps skin soft and fresh—ideal for dry or sensitive skin.
Apple Mask: Peel and cut apples into pieces, mash into pulp, mix with a little fresh milk, and apply to the face. After 10–15 minutes, rinse with a warm towel. Use every other day; a course lasts 20 days. Long-term use makes skin smooth and fair, and helps reduce or eliminate acne, freckles, and dark spots.
Honey and Lemon Mask: Beat one raw egg, mix with one small spoon of honey and half a lemon, add enough flour to form a paste. Apply to the face before sleeping. Rinse with warm water the next morning. Regular use provides noticeable sun protection.
Vitamin Mask: Mix 30 tablets each of vitamins A and D, and 50 tablets of vitamin E. Heat until melted, skim off the gel-like layer, leaving behind a pale yellow oily liquid. Mix with fresh milk and egg white, then refrigerate in the freezer. Take out 30 minutes before use, apply to the face, gently massage for 10–15 minutes, then rinse off. This mask is nourishing and moisturizing—can be used year-round.
Important Tips for Using Masks: 1. Cleansing before applying a mask is crucial. 2. Relaxation enhances results. 3. Drinking fruit juice greatly benefits skin health. 4. Avoid talking or doing anything while applying a mask—allow your skin full relaxation. 5. After removing the mask, ensure no residue remains. Rinse with warm water at least three times, or gently wipe with a cleansing pad. 6. Frequency matters: no more than three times per week. If skin feels itchy or swollen, stop immediately and cleanse thoroughly. If discomfort persists, consult a doctor.<Skincare>
