Anti-Wrinkle Formula Three
30 grams each of Bai Zhi (White芷), Bai Lian (White蔹), and Bai Zhu (White术); 15 grams of Bai Ji (White及); 9 grams each of Bai Fu Zi (White Attached Seed), Bai Fu Ling (White茯苓, peeled), and Xi Xin (Fine Cinnamon). Sieve and grind all herbs into extremely fine powder. Mix with egg white to form pills the size of a small ball or finger-shaped. Dry in shade, store in a bottle for later use. Each night after washing face, grind the pill with warm gruel in a porcelain bowl to extract juice, then apply to face.
