Rehmannia and Mutton Porridge for Blackening Hair and Beautifying Complexion

[Composition] Mutton 50–100 grams (remove fat and membrane, cut finely), glutinous rice 50 grams, fresh Rehmannia juice 30 grams, cinnamon powder 3 grams.
