Chrysanthemum Lamb Liver Soup for Blood Nourishment and Youthful Appearance
[Composition] 60 grams lamb liver, 10 grams Gypsum Fibrosum, 10 grams white chrysanthemum. [Preparation and Usage] Boil all ingredients with water, strain out residue, divide into three portions to be consumed throughout the day.
